Lab Express accepts Credit cards, Paypal, ACH transfer, or checks as forms of payment.
Standard Delivery includes the items being dropped off at a loading dock or at the front of the building. This does not include inside delivery or installation. White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery to the room required, uncrating, and removal of packing material. This option requires the delivery site to be easily accessible, no stairs or small doorways. If the delivery site is not on the first floor a freight elevator is required. If the site is not accessible, the item will be left on site and the remainder of the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. All equipment is shipped by freight and lead times may vary and are not guaranteed. *Shipping costs apply to the Contiguous United States only, please contact Lab Express for shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska. ALL ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO SIGNING OFF WITH THE DELIVERY TEAM.
Lab Express does not have a buyer’s remorse policy and we do not offer refunds or returns. Special case returns are granted at our discretion and with the approval from the manufacture. Special case returns are only accepted within 10 days of delivery in unopened and in original packaging. Freight charges and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged or defective products on delivery
Please notify Lab Express through email within 48 hours of delivery regarding damaged products. Please document freight damage with pictures, in original packaging. Customers must note freight damage in detail on the POD (proof of delivery) – Lab Express nor the freight carrier will be liable for freight damage that is not noted on the proof of delivery.
